SOK ROZAK

MANAGING PARTNER

With more than 10 years of proven experience, ROZAK delivers trusted solutions in audit, accounting, tax, and training. He previously worked at Ernst & Young Cambodia, where he served a broad range of clients across diverse industries, providing comprehensive audit services and an extensive portfolio of other corporate solutions.

He has extensive experience in audit engagements conducted in accordance with IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, and NBC regulations.

He has extensive experience in accounting and Cambodian taxation across various sectors, including manufacturing, retail, banking, microfinance institutions (MFIs), insurance, shipping and logistics, as well as not-for-profit organizations.

He has been experienced in providing audit training for Agricultural Cooperatives (AC) since 2016 and has delivered accounting and auditing training to the Cambodia Agricultural Cooperative Alliance (CACA) since 2019, enabling them to conduct audits independently in accordance with professional standards.

QUALIFICATION
  • Active member of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants(KICPAA) as Certified Public Accountant(CPA) since 2023
  • Active Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(ACCA from UK) since 2022

SOVATH SOKETA

DIRECTOR

Drawing on over a decade of proven expertise, SOVATH SOKETA provides reliable services in audit, accounting, tax, and professional training. Prior to joining the current firm, she was with V Chartered Accountants Co., Ltd, where they supported numerous clients across various sectors by delivering thorough audit work and an extensive array of corporate solutions.

She has a strong background in conducting audits that follow the International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (IFRS for SMEs) as well as the guidelines set by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC)

She  has substantial expertise in accounting and Cambodian tax matters, serving clients across a variety of industries—including manufacturing, retail, shipping and logistics, as well as nonprofit organizations.

She has also successfully led teams during fieldwork for pilot audits of Agricultural Cooperatives (AC) in 2025.

With over six years of proven experience, HUN KEANGKORNG provides reliable digital marketing and IT solutions. HUN KEANGKORNG has worked with prominent organizations, including Proteva Insurance, The ASCOTT Limited, Asian Real Estate Cambodia, and Khemera Digital Solution.

In addition, HUN KEANGKORNG is highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications and join in software developer team.
